To honor our cultural backgrounds, Delano Branch Library is inviting you to come into the library and drop off a recipe in our community recipe basket and take a recipe left by another community member. We encourage you to make your recipes and share them on the Delano Branch Facebook Page!

Thank A-Vet: Art Card Project

KCL invites families to give thanks & create a card for local veterans. Stop by branches during open hours on the week of Veterans Day. The Library will deliver all cards to the Kern County Veterans Services Dept. for distribution to local veterans.​

Trick or Tweet Fall Carnival

Resource Fair for all Ages, with treats and swag from Community Partners. Adults that follow all partners on social media will be entered into a prize drawing!

Teens Get Crafty

Arts & crafts help experience hands-on projects where they can creatively think, express themselves, and experiment with materials and textures – all while boosting self confidence.
