The Kern County Library has a wide variety of library materials, such as books, eBooks, and audiobooks that you can search for and request online with your Kern Library card. Don’t have a card? No problem!
Did you know that you can stream eAudiobooks in your car for easy listening or keep an eBook on your phone for spontaneous reading?
Pick up print books, books on CD, and more via drive-through pickup at Curbside Services or make an indoor appointment via Express Services at select library locations. Books not available in person at a branch can be requested for delivery to your local branch.
Get grab bag bundles of books by choosing the “Health & Wellness” genre when making a Curbside appointment.
