Beale Memorial Library Equipment Checklist
The Library Can Provide
- Lights
- PA system
- Lectern and/or podium
- Microphones (floor, desktop, wireless)
- Projectors (overhead, slide)
- Projection screen
- VCR and monitor / DVD and monitor
- Audiocassette recorder
- Easel with writing pad
- Marker board (Tejon and Lake Rooms only)
- CD player (Auditorium only)
The Library Is Not Able to Provide
- Paper, pens or pencils
- Marking pens or dry erase pens
- Paper clips or stapler
- Fuses, bulbs or batteries
- Labels or name tags
- Props (mirrors, etc.)
- Tape (Note: Scotch tape, masking tape, or duct tape may not be applied to any walls or furniture)
- Video or audio cassettes
- Transparencies
- Stands
- Extension cords
Refreshments and decorating are the responsibility of party renting the room.
Any decorations (including confetti) not completely cleaned up will result in an additional fee for cleaning.
