The Library Can Provide

• Lights
• PA system
• Lectern and/or podium
• Microphones (floor, desktop, wireless)
• Projectors (overhead, slide)
• Projection screen
• VCR and monitor / DVD and monitor
• Audiocassette recorder
• Easel with writing pad
• Marker board (Tejon and Lake Rooms only)
• CD player (Auditorium only)

The Library Is Not Able to Provide

• Paper, pens or pencils
• Marking pens or dry erase pens
• Paper clips or stapler
• Fuses, bulbs or batteries
• Labels or name tags
• Props (mirrors, etc.)
• Tape (Note: Scotch tape, masking tape, or duct tape may not be applied to any walls or furniture)
• Video or audio cassettes
• Transparencies
• Stands
• Extension cords

Refreshments and decorating are the responsibility of party renting the room.

Any decorations (including confetti) not completely cleaned up will result in an additional fee for cleaning.
